Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring a high level of service by creating and maintaining a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere across all venues.
- Building long-term, personalized relationships with VIP guests, including advance table and shisha reservations.
- Planning and organizing special guest events (Tea Ceremonies, Chef’s Table, Cocktail Nights, etc.).
- Developing initiatives to strengthen brand positioning, loyalty programs, and guest privilege systems.
- Identifying front-office weaknesses that hinder performance targets, providing motivation, training, and coaching to the team.
- Collecting and analyzing guest feedback to identify trends and service gaps, preparing reports and proposing service improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience as a Guest Relations Manager or Service/Quality Manager in premium-segment hotels or restaurants.
- Conversational English.
