Key Responsibilities
- Anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner.
- Maintain complete knowledge of the hotel product, including room types, rates, and facilities.
- Take personal responsibility for service delivery, ensuring it meets Anantara’s highest standards.
- Ensure all issues pertaining to guest satisfaction are resolved promptly.
- Be proactive and suggest alternatives that enhance the guest experience.
- Develop a close and harmonious working relationship with all hotel departments.
Requirements
- A strong focus on customer service.
- Prior experience in hotel front office operations is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required.
- Computer skills in Ms Office; experience with current Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.
- Preferably Russian or German speakers.
