    Key Responsibilities

    • Anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner.
    • Maintain complete knowledge of the hotel product, including room types, rates, and facilities.
    • Take personal responsibility for service delivery, ensuring it meets Anantara’s highest standards.
    • Ensure all issues pertaining to guest satisfaction are resolved promptly.
    • Be proactive and suggest alternatives that enhance the guest experience.
    • Develop a close and harmonious working relationship with all hotel departments.

    Requirements

    • A strong focus on customer service.
    • Prior experience in hotel front office operations is preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required.
    • Computer skills in Ms Office; experience with current Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.
    • Preferably Russian or German speakers.
