Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key ambassador for the hotel and brand, creating powerful first impressions.
- Provide information, diplomacy, salesmanship, and public relations with politeness and efficiency.
- Monitor daily guest arrivals, ensuring reservations are honored and requests are met.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all hotel products, services, and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and Front Office Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensure guests enjoy a positive and memorable experience.
Requirements
- Strong focus on customer service.
- Prior experience in hotel front office operations is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required.
- Experience with Front Office Systems.
