Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage and maintain queue lanes efficiently.
- Sell tickets and other products via a computerized Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Provide pricing, promotion, and attraction information to guests.
- Proactively address guest needs and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Manage turnstiles to ensure smooth entry and exit for guests.
Requirements
- Higher secondary education or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-year operational experience in a guest or customer service setting.
- English proficiency (spoken & written).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability and genuine willingness to engage guests.
- Flexibility and high levels of respect and integrity.
