Key Responsibilities

• Help guests check in and out smoothly and assist with pre-registration.
• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure.
• Manage group bookings, following standard procedures.
• Stay informed about facilities, products, and services to provide personalized service.
• Assist guests with bookings and inquiries in person or by phone.
• Handle payments via cash, credit, or debit cards, minimizing rebates.

Requirements

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and office software (e.g., MS Office).
• High level of professionalism and grooming.
• Fluency in Arabic, English, Russian, and German is desired.
