Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a unique and outstanding experience to all guests, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Welcome and orient guests, providing efficient and effective guest service at all times.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of spa services, treatments, facilities, and products, addressing all guest inquiries accurately.
- Guide, promote, and upsell spa services and products, contributing to increased revenue and repeat business.
- Handle bookings, scheduling, and billing efficiently, using the relevant systems and applications.
- Actively manage guest feedback and requests, ensuring prompt and professional resolution to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Requirements
- Higher Secondary School certificate or Country specific certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to lift and move heavy luggage and stand for long periods of time.
- Team Player with accuracy and attention to detail.
