Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll functions.
  • Prepare and analyze accurate financial statements, reports, and budgets in a timely manner.
  • Ensure strict compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant financial regulations.
  • Lead and manage the month-end and year-end financial close processes.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support business decision-making.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a high-performance team environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
  • Proven experience as a Head Accountant or in a similar senior accounting position (minimum 5 years preferred).
  • Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
  • High proficiency in accounting software and advanced skills in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
