Key Responsibilities
- Advise prospective parents on the school’s value proposition across communication channels.
- Implement the school’s admissions process, including lead generation and customer service.
- Organise admissions meetings and open events, providing excellent customer service.
- Develop and nurture relationships with feeder schools, nurseries, and other organizations.
- Lead and attend school functions involving current parents and pupils.
- Manage the reception team and attendance coordinator to ensure outstanding customer experience.
