Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a robust compliance framework and internal control systems.
  • Monitor and interpret regulatory changes, advising senior management on potential impacts.
  • Oversee all compliance operations, including AML/CTF, data protection, and market conduct.
  • Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and ensure timely reporting to relevant authorities.
  • Provide expert guidance and training to staff on compliance matters and best practices.
  • Represent the company in discussions with regulatory bodies and external auditors.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in a compliance leadership role, preferably within banking or financial services.
  • In-depth knowledge of Luxembourgish and European regulatory requirements (e.g., CSSF, AML, GDPR).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and implement practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage compliance risks and foster a strong compliance culture.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CSSF certifications, ICA) are highly desirable.
