Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire customer journey, from onboarding to ongoing engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Analyze customer data, feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Extensive proven experience in a senior leadership role within Customer Success, preferably in SaaS or influencer marketing technology.
  • Deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and creator economy.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute customer success strategies effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
