Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the overall data science strategy aligned with SR2’s mission and business objectives.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of advanced analytical models and algorithms.
• Drive data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and impact measurement across key sectors.
• Mentor, manage, and grow a high-performing team of data scientists and analysts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify data opportunities and translate business challenges into scalable solutions.
• Ensure ethical data practices and maintain data integrity in line with Certified B Corporation™ standards.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience (10+ years) in data science leadership roles, preferably within recruitment or impact-driven organizations.
• Strong expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
• Proficiency with data science tools and programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex data to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build and lead a data science team from strategy to execution.
