    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee all engineering and maintenance operations within the pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
    • Develop and implement robust maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.
    • Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
    • Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and GxP guidelines.
    • Plan and execute capital projects, facility upgrades, and efficiency improvement initiatives.
    • Manage departmental budgets, resources, and relationships with external vendors effectively.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
    • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in engineering and maintenance, with a focus on pharmaceutical manufacturing.
    • Proven leadership capabilities and experience managing technical teams.
    • Strong understanding of GxP, EHS regulations, and quality management systems.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and budgets.
