Key Responsibilities
- Lead the financial strategy and manage the full P&L.
- Design scalable financial structures to drive profitability and cost optimization.

- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO.
- Provide financial insights to guide marketing, product, and regional expansion decisions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Finance or FP&A, ideally within a high-growth tech, marketplace, or travel environment.
- Bilingual with professional fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Detail-oriented, commercially sharp, and resilient.
- CPA, ACCA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
- Master of financial modelling.
