    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyze market trends and user data to optimize growth funnels and improve performance.
    • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to implement growth experiments.
    • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing growth team focused on achieving ambitious targets.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience (10+ years) in a Head of Growth, VP of Growth, or similar executive role.
    • Demonstrated success in scaling a tech platform or SaaS product, preferably in the HR tech or marketplace sector.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Expertise in various growth channels including SEO, SEM, social media, content, and partnerships.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.
