Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute People strategies, programs, processes, and policies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Establish operational excellence leveraging technology and analytics to create strong People practices.
• Build a mission and values-aligned organization to create a sought-after employer brand.
• Be the steward of Culture and Values, exemplifying human-centeredness, partnership, future orientation, ownership, and celebration.
• Act as a Trusted Partner representing the best interests of the company and its people.
• Serve as an intermediary between the Leadership Team and employees on critical people issues.
