Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic vision and roadmap for all user interfaces across Jobgether’s platform.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Manage and mentor a team of UI/UX designers and front-end developers.
• Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and AI teams to integrate features seamlessly.
• Ensure all interfaces align with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and technological capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement based on user feedback, data analytics, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as Head of Interfaces, UI/UX Lead, or Product Design Director.
• Extensive background in designing and developing user interfaces for complex web and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML integration into user experiences and career tech platforms.
• Expertise in UI/UX principles, design systems, and front-end technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work remotely effectively and manage a distributed team.
