Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Transdoc’s IT product.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product development.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
Requirements
- Proven experience (10+ years) in IT product sales, preferably within the logistics or transportation sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Strong understanding of freight management systems and logistics operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Ukrainian and English is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
