Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of operational excellence strategies across the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in pharmaceutical manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Optimize operational efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness through process re-engineering.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and lean methodologies.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and project success.
- Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations and quality standards in all operational activities.
Requirements
- Extensive proven experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or a similar senior role, preferably within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and measurable results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
