    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage all operational aspects of BJAK’s innovative technology platforms.

    • Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
    • Oversee the performance and development of operations teams across various functions.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, product, and business development teams to align operational strategies.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior operations leadership role, preferably within fintech or a fast-paced technology environment.
    • Strong understanding of financial services, insurance platforms, and digital ecosystems.
    • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and complex problem-solving skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects and lead diverse, cross-functional teams effectively.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related quantitative field.
