Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Private Banking & Institutional Clients division.
- Develop and implement customized financial solutions for high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
- Drive sales and client acquisition strategies within the finance sector.
- Maintain and deepen existing client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Oversee portfolio management and financial advisory services.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
Requirements
- Proven executive experience in Private Banking or Institutional Sales.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of financial markets, products, and solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to acquire and manage significant client assets.
- Fluency in German and English, additional languages a plus.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
