    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage the Private Banking & Institutional Clients division.
    • Develop and implement customized financial solutions for high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
    • Drive sales and client acquisition strategies within the finance sector.
    • Maintain and deepen existing client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.
    • Oversee portfolio management and financial advisory services.
    • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.

    Requirements

    • Proven executive experience in Private Banking or Institutional Sales.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent understanding of financial markets, products, and solutions.
    • Demonstrated ability to acquire and manage significant client assets.
    • Fluency in German and English, additional languages a plus.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
