Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a data- and AI-enabled retail medical sales strategy aligned with revenue, growth, and profitability targets.
- Lead and oversee large retail medical insurance sales operations, including call center–driven inbound and outbound sales teams.
- Hire, manage, and develop sales managers, team leaders, and frontline medical insurance advisors at scale.
- Partner with Marketing to align campaigns, lead funnels, and AI-driven conversion strategies.
- Monitor and optimize key sales metrics including conversion rates, revenue per agent, retention, renewal ratios, and customer satisfaction using AI-enabled dashboards.
- Ensure strict adherence to DHA regulations, company policies, and ethical sales standards, supported by data-led controls and reporting.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of sales leadership experience, with experience managing large retail or call center–driven sales operations.
- Direct and recent experience in UAE Retail Medical Insurance is mandatory.
- Proven ability to scale sales teams and drive productivity using data, analytics, and technology-enabled processes.
- Strong understanding of UAE medical insurance products, customer journeys, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
