Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the SME business division, ensuring growth and profitability.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative banking products and services tailored for SMEs.
- Manage and expand the SME client portfolio, fostering strong relationships and market presence.
- Oversee the performance of the SME division, ensuring targets are met and operational efficiency.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in SME banking or a related financial sector, with leadership roles.
- Proven track record in business development, strategy formulation, and team management.
- Strong understanding of the financial market in the South Caucasus region and digital banking trends.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Armenian is highly preferred.
