Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop a comprehensive STEM curriculum aligned with educational standards and best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to teachers in implementing effective STEM teaching strategies.
- Oversee all STEM-related programs, activities, and events within the school.
- Build and maintain partnerships with external organizations, universities, and industry professionals.
- Manage resources, budget allocation, and procurement of materials and equipment for STEM initiatives.
- Develop assessment tools and benchmarks to measure student achievement and progress in STEM subjects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field (Master’s degree preferred), with PGCE or another teacher qualification.
- Master’s degree in Education Leadership/Management.
- Administrative/Leadership certification.
- Demonstrable experience managing College Board Programming.
- Teaching certification and significant experience in STEM education.
- Leadership experience in a school setting or educational institution.
