Key Responsibilities
- Managing the unit’s resources (human, financial, technical, assets) efficiently and effectively to achieve the department’s goals.
- Applying administrative regulations and evaluating the unit’s operations and conducting comprehensive analyses of organizational performance.
- Reviewing the unit’s performance reports and monitoring the implementation of project plans.
- Executing and monitoring administrative activities within the unit according to approved authorities.
- Conducting annual evaluations of employees and providing them with the necessary support to achieve their goals.
- Reviewing journalistic materials and supervising their editing and delivery as necessary.

- 6+ years of experience.
- Experience in managing unit resources.
