Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly, answer menu inquiries, and explain ingredients.
• Present daily specials and promotions, recommend food and beverages, and take accurate orders.
• Manage cashiering tasks using the MICROS system, process payments, and generate guest bills.
• Oversee section operations, collect guest feedback, and assist with guest inquiries.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to fulfil and expedite orders efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness, prepare service areas, and follow hygiene standards.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in a similar role in a 5-star luxury property.
• Proficient in English and a second language (Russian or European languages desirable).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Micros, and Sevenrooms.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
