Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct personal care and support to patients on General Surgery Ward 18.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, mobility, and feeding.
- Monitor vital signs, document observations, and report changes to nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients.
- Support patient comfort and dignity, ensuring their well-being.
