    Key Responsibilities

    • Implement and monitor safety policies and procedures on construction sites.
    • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) regulations.
    • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions.
    • Prepare and submit comprehensive HSE reports to management and relevant regulatory bodies.
    • Provide essential safety training and inductions to new and existing employees.
    • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture among all site personnel and contractors.

    Requirements

    • Relevant certification in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) or equivalent.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Health Safety Environment role, preferably within the construction or civil engineering sector.
    • Strong knowledge of Singapore’s WSH Act, Environmental Protection and Management Act, and other related regulations.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and safety analyses.
    • Proactive, meticulous, and possessing strong problem-solving abilities.
