    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
    • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
    • Ensure compliance with all local and international HSE regulations and standards.
    • Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
    • Provide HSE training and awareness programs to all employees.
    • Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement in HSE performance.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in Health, Safety & Environment management, preferably in the hospitality sector.
    • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices in Algeria.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement effective control measures.
    • Relevant professional certifications in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are highly desirable.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage and respond to emergency situations.
