Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international HSE regulations and standards.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
- Provide HSE training and awareness programs to all employees.
- Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement in HSE performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Health, Safety & Environment management, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices in Algeria.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement effective control measures.
- Relevant professional certifications in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and respond to emergency situations.
