Key Responsibilities

• Ensure school facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
• Oversee efficient and cost-effective purchasing and contracting.
• Ensure the security and efficient operation of the school site.
• Implement policies, systems, and student safeguarding measures.
• Manage facilities and general service teams to maintain high standards.
• Promote a positive and proactive health and safety culture.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma / degree of higher education.
• Related industry qualification or Certificate of Facilities Management / NEBOSH or IOSH preferable.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a mid-level position.
• Fluent English communication skills, written and oral.
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
