Key Responsibilities
- Offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Welcome guests to the assigned outlet and escort them to tables.
- Manage outlet reservations and answer the telephone.
- Set up the outlet prior to business hours.
- Coordinate with the service team for necessary arrangements.
- Observe cleanliness and maintenance of the outlet and entrance area.
Requirements
- Diploma / degree in hospitality preferred.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage within a hotel is a plus.
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Polite and sophisticated manner.
- Multiple language ability is an advantage.
