Key Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to customers.
• Assist with receiving guests in the hotel's restaurants.
• Manage the inventory of the outlet.
• Assist the service staff whenever necessary.
• Ensure a welcoming and seamless guest experience.

Requirements

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 Years Work Experience In Hotel Operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Knowledge about ISO 14001 is an added advantage.
