Key Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of dining room layout, table setups, and restaurant capacity.
• Answer telephone calls using correct salutations and telephone etiquette.
• Take, record, and confirm restaurant reservations and cancellations.
• Greet guests at the entrance of the restaurant and seat them accordingly.
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
• Fresher or 1 year of experience in a 4-5 star hotel.
• Prior experience working with Opera or a related system.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
