Key Responsibilities
- Greeting guests and managing waiting lists.
- Providing menus and answering initial questions.
- Seating guests, considering preferences and server rotation.
- Engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Responding to and resolving complaints.
- Assisting with other duties as required by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in an upscale 5-star hotel/resort.
- Strong F&B knowledge.
- Excellent personal and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with diverse clientele.
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
