Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms and bathrooms daily according to Marriott’s standards.
  • Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish towels and guest amenities efficiently.
  • Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures thoroughly.
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items promptly.
  • Ensure guest privacy and security by following all hotel procedures.
  • Maintain a neat, organized, and well-stocked housekeeping cart and storage areas.

Requirements

  • Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for efficient room servicing.
  • Physical stamina to perform duties such as bending, lifting, pushing, and standing for extended periods.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work effectively independently.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent guest service.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
