The Royal Senchi Hotel & Lodge is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee and manage the housekeeping operations of our 4-star luxury resort in Ghana. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, order, and aesthetics are maintained throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all guest rooms and public areas.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and standards.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Train and evaluate housekeeping staff.
  • Handle guest complaints and special requests related to housekeeping services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a luxury hotel.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
