Key Responsibilities

• Direct work assignments for Housekeeping Room Attendants and public areas attendants.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and disseminate pertinent information for the day.
• Monitor housekeeping employees to ensure special attention to room guests, repeat guests, and VIPs.
• Ensure cleaning of all public areas and back of the house meet hotel brand standards.
• Inform other departments of housekeeping matters, including front office and engineering.
• Assist in employee-related matters such as interviewing, appraising, and counseling.
