Key Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and the pool to ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage daily activities and coordinate efforts between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
• Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms, communicating changes in room assignments.
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and maintain confidentiality.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests, addressing their service needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 55 pounds, with assistance for heavier items.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using computers and point-of-sale systems.
