    Key Responsibilities

    • Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
    • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
    • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
    • Prepare HR documents such as NOCs and certificates.
    • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data.
    • Arrange hotel bookings, visas, and transport (including flight bookings).

    Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR, administration, or a related support role.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent communication skills in English; additional language is a plus.
