Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR documents such as NOCs and certificates.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data.
- Arrange hotel bookings, visas, and transport (including flight bookings).
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR, administration, or a related support role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional language is a plus.
