DP World is seeking an HR Assistant for a 6-month contract in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The HR Assistant will handle day-to-day HR administrative functions linked to Governmental or Diplomatic entities, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle requests from staff pertaining to Salary Certificates addressed to various government entities.
- Maintain records and a tracking system to follow up on delivered or pending documents.
- Prepare documentation in prescribed formats in coordination with company departments and employees.
- Ensure safe passport keeping and coordinate access to passports as per company procedure.
- Handle the issuance and renewal of employee ID cards.
- Maintain and update records on HRMS and ensure 100% data integrity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR administrative functions.
- Familiarity with Governmental or Diplomatic entities procedures.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
