    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
    • Support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
    • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
    • Help with the organization of HR-related events and training sessions.
    • Respond to general HR inquiries from employees.
    • Prepare HR documents and reports as needed.

    Requirements

    • No prior HR experience required; entry-level candidates are welcome.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
