Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Help with the organization of HR-related events and training sessions.
- Respond to general HR inquiries from employees.
- Prepare HR documents and reports as needed.
Requirements
- No prior HR experience required; entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
