Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and share daily tasks with the PRO and follow up on all government and PRO-related transactions.
- Handle recruitment for blue-collar staff, including drivers, supervisors, and skilled technicians.
- Manage HRMS requirements including onboarding, offboarding, warning letters, and evaluations.
- Act as the communication link with medical and vehicle insurance companies.
- Conduct investigations related to employee issues and handle HR-related administration tasks.
- Review and update attendance and salary sheets for payroll processing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Assistant or similar HR role in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR operational procedures.
- Proven experience in visa processing and government-related HR transactions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
