    Job Responsibilities

    • Implement and maintain HR operational processes including employee lifecycle documentation, reporting, and system updates
    • Manage the HR inbox, responding promptly to employee and manager inquiries
    • Assist with HR reporting, data management, and compliance activities
    • Coordinate HR training, resources, and communications for employees and managers
    • Provide administrative and project support for HR initiatives such as organisational design, policy rollouts, and safety reporting
    • Contribute to fostering a safe, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture

    Requirements

    • Degree qualification or equivalent experience in Human Resources
    • Minimum 1 year of HR experience in a similar role
    • Proven HR administration and service delivery experience
    • Strong analytical skills with intermediate-level Excel proficiency
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required
    • Strong organisational and communication skills
    • Professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential matters
