Job Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain HR operational processes including employee lifecycle documentation, reporting, and system updates
- Manage the HR inbox, responding promptly to employee and manager inquiries
- Assist with HR reporting, data management, and compliance activities
- Coordinate HR training, resources, and communications for employees and managers
- Provide administrative and project support for HR initiatives such as organisational design, policy rollouts, and safety reporting
- Contribute to fostering a safe, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture
Requirements
- Degree qualification or equivalent experience in Human Resources
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience in a similar role
- Proven HR administration and service delivery experience
- Strong analytical skills with intermediate-level Excel proficiency
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential matters
