Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HR strategy and operations for Bangladesh and Nepal.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and Action Contre la Faim’s (ACF) HR policies.
- Oversee recruitment, talent management, and employee relations across both countries.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to support the organization’s humanitarian goals.
- Provide expert HR advice and support to country leadership teams.
- Manage HR budget and reporting for Bangladesh and Nepal operations.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in human resources management, preferably within an international NGO.
- Proven leadership and strategic HR management skills across multiple country operations.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in Bangladesh, Nepal, or similar regions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to challenging environments.
