Job Overview
Brainlab, a global leader in healthcare technology, is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to strengthen its People & Culture function. Based in Munich, you will initially support both Brainlab and its spin-off Snke before fully transitioning to Snke. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the complete employee lifecycle, HR administration, and the development of modern HR structures. You will actively shape company culture and contribute to strategic people initiatives in a fast-growing, international environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Ensure smooth HR administration, including contracts, personnel files, HR systems, and certificates.
- Act as a trusted partner for employees and managers on HR-related topics.
- Develop and implement modern HR processes and policies.
- Create and analyze HR metrics, preparing actionable recommendations for management.
- Build and maintain HR reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
- Support in developing a strong, values-driven organizational culture.
- Collaborate closely with leadership on strategic HR and international projects.
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Social Sciences, Law, or a related field (HR specialization preferred).
- Several years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in international and dynamic settings (scale-up, SME, or consultancy).
- Strong knowledge of German labor law and HR administration; international HR experience is a plus.
- Experience in organizational development is desirable.
- Excellent communication and advisory skills with a high level of empathy.
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors experience advantageous.
- Excellent German and English language skills (additional languages are a plus).
