Key Responsibilities

  • Handle payroll processing and benefits administration efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare comprehensive reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
