Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end employee onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Ensure all new hire paperwork, documentation, and compliance checks are completed accurately.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new employees regarding HR policies and procedures during onboarding.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate a seamless integration for new hires.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in an HR role with a focus on onboarding.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices and UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
