    Key Responsibilities

    • Process administrative transactions in accordance with HR policies.
    • Coordinate with service providers to manage and issue sim cards and other equipment.
    • Maintain SLA standards for processes related to medical insurance and employee benefits.
    • Ensure prompt and secure handling of employee queries while maintaining confidentiality.
    • Plan and conduct timely exit interviews, capturing feedback accurately and escalating sensitive issues.
    • Manage employee banking requests, verifying details and coordinating with Payroll and Finance.

    Requirements

    • Graduate with a Certificate in Human Resources or Equivalent Qualification.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within an on-boarding and mobilisation team.
    • Experience in processing on-boarding documentation and travel logistics for high volumes of new hires.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages and user competency in HR Systems.
    • High standards of verbal and written communication.
    • Good planning and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
