Key Responsibilities
As the HR Manager, you will:
- Implement and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and practices to align with business needs.
- Partner with General Management to design and execute strategic HR projects.
- Monitor labor cost indicators, providing analysis and reports for decision-making.
- Manage payroll and HR administration with financial teams and external providers, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Oversee employee development and training programs, enhancing skills across the organization.
- Introduce digital tools and innovative HR methodologies to optimize workflows.
- Drive internal communication strategies to boost engagement and team alignment.
- Conduct recruitment processes, handling all hiring phases to secure top talent.
- Lead performance review cycles in collaboration with department heads.
- Design and deliver training programs, including onboarding, compliance, and skill development.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Master’s degree in Law, Economics, or Humanities.
- At least 3 years of proven HR Manager experience in a structured and organized environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster employee engagement and uphold company values.
- Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
