Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to Operations leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for FOH and BOH positions.
- Oversee smooth onboarding, including documentation, visas, and accommodation.
- Serve as the first HR point of contact for restaurant teams and operations managers.
- Implement engagement initiatives across F&B outlets.
- Ensure HR compliance across all outlets, adhering to labor law, internal policies, and audit requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in F&B, hospitality, or QSR operations.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and GCC HR practices.
- Proven ability to influence Operations leaders and drive people strategy.
- Excellent coaching, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in HRMS/HRIS systems, reporting, and analytics.
