Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation compliance.
- Support performance management, appraisals, and disciplinary procedures.
- Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee relations and provide HR support to management and staff.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably within hospitality or F&B.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
